With over 1600 5* reviews along with “Premier Host” on VRBO and ‘Super Host” on Airbnb, we take pride in ensuring each guest's stay is a priority. Services include the following:
- STR permit application process and or transfer management.
- Professional photos, and marketing on social media.
- All guest interaction for inquiries, reservations, and guest stays.
- Software for pricing, reservations, booking channels, and cleaning scheduling.
- Occupancy reporting and payment (TOT) to the SBC.
- 24-hour on-call with the SBC county.
- Trash pick-up and snow removal scheduling.
- Scheduling maintenance and repairs where needed. We have a great local team of contractors.
- Owner portals to view bookings and schedule owner stays.
- Monthly transfers of revenue.
