Extra vehicles may incur fines. Pets Pets allowed only with approval and a fee. Unauthorized pets: $250 fine. Always supervise pets outdoors. Check-Out Follow check-out instructions. Late departures may incur extra fees. Cleaning The home is professionally cleaned before your stay. Extra cleaning fees may apply if check-out instructions aren’t followed. No Smoking or Drugs No smoking, vaping, or drugs on the property. $1,000 fee if detected. Property Care Report any damage or issues upon arrival. Some amenities may be affected by mountain weather. No Alterations Do not move furniture, hang items, or make changes to the property. No Subletting Only registered guests may stay. Booking transfers or subletting are not allowed. Access Management may enter for maintenance, inspections, or emergencies, with notice when possible. County Rules Follow all county laws for occupancy, parking, and noise. Security Cameras Outdoor cameras may be in use for safety. No cameras indoors. Weather Notice Winter: carry tire chains and be prepared for power outages. No refunds for weather-related issues. Quiet Hours Sunday–Thursday: 9 PM – 8 AM Friday–Saturday: 10 PM – 8 AM Lost & Found Check for belongings before leaving. We cannot ship items after departure. The place was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The views were amazing, and the amenities were great — everything we needed was there. It was the perfect spot for a little family getaway: comfortable, relaxing, and easy to enjoy from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Dogwood Cabin’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit—from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy beds and thoughtful touches throughout. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great local restaurants and shops nearby. We especially enjoyed the tranquil setting, view from each deck, being able to have our pets with us and the proximity to the lake. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept place to stay. We’d definitely come back! Thank you!
