Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and does not allow STR access -Lake Gregory allows swimming and many other water activities Parking is dedicated to the driveway for 2 vehicles. PER COUNTY CODE THERE IS NO STREET PARKING PERMITTED.

-Have a fantastic stay! -Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 pm to 9 am -Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 10 pm to 7 am -This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours. -This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do. -No underage drinking -No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana. -No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee. -No outdoor fires of any kind - firepit use NOT allowed during Red Flag warnings -If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.

Neighborhood

This is a fulltime neighborhood and we ask that the quiet hours are followed. Parking is ONLY allowed in the driveway for 2 cars. Please DO NOT disturb the neigbours if you have any questions contact management and we will be happy to assist.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked build-up. **Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.

Lovely, spacious home nestled into the tall pines of Lake Arrowhead. Hosts go extra mile to offer a true "Five Star Hotel" experience. Phone chargers next to the bed, cleaning utensils in kitchen, nice linens, towels, make-up removers in bathrooms. Great attention to detail! Best part about the place was sitting on one of the numerous terraces and listening to the wind rustle the pines. Hard to believe this place is just ninety minutes from the coast! A wonderful getaway!

Honestly, this was the best experience I have had at an Airbnb. Our group of 6 loved the place and there was more than enough space for us. Host was super responsive whenever we needed something or had questions. If I came back to Lake Arrowhead I would book this space again. The only complaint I could have was the hot tub was dirtier than we would have liked, then again, we were in the woods!

We had such a great time in the treehouse. It felt like a home away from home and was a peaceful getaway. Amazing host with excellent communication. We look forward to staying here again! Such a unique and inviting home that was super clean and very comfortable.

Amazing house!! Beautiful space and perfect layout for two couples and two kids. Very clean, lots of toys and games, close to the market, lakes and hikes. We would absolutely rent this house again!

Such a beautiful home and views all over the house! So clean and the kids loved running all around with so many places to explore. We can when it was about 80 degrees so be mindful as the home does not AC. There are ceiling fans in just about every room which is fine with me because I run cold, my husband and kids run hot so they would be complaining if it were any hotter. The breeze in the afternoon does help a lot. The jacuzzi in the back is a lot of fun, it feels like you are directly in the woods with an amazing view. This is an 8 min drive to the village and a 5 min drive to the grocery outlet store. Overall, great stay and our favorite room was the middle game room with a huge window and daybed to look out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely exceptional stay in a cozy cabin in Lake Arrowhead! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and tucked away in a peaceful, scenic spot. We woke up to birdsong and sipped coffee on the deck overlooking the trees. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from comfy linens to a well-equipped kitchen. Perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort — we didn’t want to leave!

Find us

Please note that access to this home does require a 4WD vehicle during the winter season. The neighborhood roads are not always completely plowed when a storm is occurring, so it is very important to drive cautiously and to be prepared. For nights "out on the town", the mountain does offer "Uber" like services if needed however they are limited. The best option for this would be the RIDE service; be sure to call ahead. Even though most shopping/entertainment/dining is relatively close by, it is all located off of one of our main highways so you will need to drive. Lake Arrowhead Village is 4.5 miles away or about a 12 minute Drive. Blue Jay Village is 3.1 miles away or about a 12 minute Drive. SkyPark at Santa's Village is 5.9 miles away or about a 14 minute drive. Snow Valley Ski Resort is 17 miles away or about a 32 minute drive. All of these times are approximate and without traffic or weather delays.
