Please Read Before Booking: Lake Access: Lake Arrowhead is private — guests cannot use the lake, lake trails, Peninsula Park, or Grass Valley Park. Nearby lakes open to the public include Lake Gregory (Crestline), Silverwood Lake, and Big Bear Lake (seasonal access). Neighborhood: This is a quiet, full-time residential area. Please respect quiet hours and neighbors. Road & Parking: 4WD is required to reach the cabin. Roads may be snowy and not fully plowed — drive carefully and carry snow chains in winter (CalTrans may check). Parking for 2 cars in the driveway only — no street parking by county law. Rides: Rideshare services are very limited on the mountain. Try the local RIDE service (call ahead). Nearby: Lake Arrowhead Village — 4.5 miles (~12 min) Blue Jay Village — 3.1 miles (~12 min) SkyPark at Santa’s Village — 5.9 miles (~14 min) Snow Valley Ski Resort — 17 miles (~32 min) (Times vary with traffic and weather) House Rules: No parties. No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. $250 fee for violations + damage costs. No hair dye or harsh chemicals. No extra guests or pets unless approved.
