Parking is dedicated to the driveway for 3 vehicles. PER COUNTY CODE THERE IS NO STREET PARKING PERMITTED. We do not offer a refund for inclement weather, road closures, or acts of nature. Chains are advised during winter or snow conditions. Some homes are suggested for 4X4 or AWD only. Check Caltrans for road conditions. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and does not allow STR access to the water -Lake Gregory allows swimming and many other water activities

Guests have access to the entire home except for the build-up and the parking area at the back of the home. **Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.
