CalTrans may require them at checkpoints. 🌊 Lake Access Lake Arrowhead is private and guests of this properties do not have access to an Lake Owned property. You may enjoy nearby public lakes (availability varies by season): - Lake Gregory (Crestline) - Silverwood Lake - Big Bear Lake 🚗 Local Destinations - Lake Arrowhead Village – 4.5 mi / ~12 mins - Blue Jay Village – 3.1 mi / ~12 mins - SkyPark (Santa's Village) – 5.9 mi / ~14 mins - Snow Valley Ski Resort – 17 mi / ~32 mins - Ride services like Uber are very limited – consider calling RIDE in advance. 🐶 Pets & Service Animals - This home is dog-friendly only. **Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.

Please note that access to this home does require a 4WD vehicle during the winter season. The neighborhood roads are not always completely plowed when a storm is occurring, so it is very important to drive cautiously and to be prepared. For nights "out on the town", the mountain does offer "Uber" like services if needed however they are limited. The best option for this would be the RIDE service; be sure to call ahead. Even though most shopping/entertainment/dining is relatively close by, it is all located off of one of our main highways so you will need to drive.
